Just a short walk out the front door of Colleen and Ben’s home and over a sandy dune, you’ll find the Virginia Beach waterfront which stretches out for miles in either direction. On one of the last lingering summer days, they walked up and down the vacant beach with their bare toes in the sand, smiles fixed on their faces, and eyes locked on one another. Ben stopped for a moment to sweep Colleen off her feet and pull her in for a kiss. They are comfortable here, on this beach, in each other’s arms. This place is their home; it’s where they have built their life together.
